United with Christ Jesus, who shed his blood on the cross for the salvation of the world and who, in the Eucharist, renews the offering and sacrifice that glorify the Father, we lift up our prayer and say:
We offer you, O Father, the Blood of Christ

For the glory of your holy name, for the coming of your Kingdom, and for the salvation of the whole world.
We offer you, O Father, the Blood of Christ

For the growth of your Church, for the Pope, the bishops, the priests, for all consecrated men and women, and for the sanctification of all your people.
We offer you, O Father, the Blood of Christ

For the conversion of all of us sinners, for unconditional adherence to your Word, and for the unity of all Christians
We offer you, O Father, the Blood of Christ

For political leaders, for the growth of a sense of the common good, and for peace, freedom, and justice among all peoples
We offer you, O Father, the Blood of Christ

For the consecration of work, for respect for the sanctity of human life and our common home
We offer You, O Father, the Blood of Christ

For the poor, the marginalized, those suffering in body and spirit, for our relatives and friends, and for our enemies
We offer You, O Father, the Blood of Christ

For those who will pass into eternal life today, for the departed, that we may all be united in the heavenly glorification of the Lamb
We offer to You, O Father, the Blood of Christ

Let us pray: O Father, almighty and merciful God, who through the Blood of your only Son have redeemed the world, renew the redemptive outpouring of his Blood for us and for all humanity, so that we may always obtain abundant fruits of eternal life. Through Christ our Lord.

Eternal Father, I offer You the most precious Blood of Jesus Christ, in atonement for my sins, in intercession for the holy souls in Purgatory, and for the needs of the Holy Church.
